Obesity is a serious health concern for children and adolescents. Among pre-school age children 2-5 years of age, obesity increased from 5 to 10.4% between 1976-1980 and 2007-2008 and from 6.5 to 19.6% among 6-11 year olds. Obese children and adolescents are more likely to become obese as adults.*

How PreSchoolGym can help:
We show kids from an early age that fitness is fun. In fact, when toddlers and preschoolers are dancing, jumping and tumbling, they don’t even think of it as exercise. They just know they’re having a ball. And if they start active, they’ll stay active. So when it comes time to choose between watching TV or playing outside, they’re more likely to make the right decision.
How it works:
You provide the space, we do everything else! Classes run 45 minutes to an hour, once or twice a week. Times are available five days a week, during or after school.
What you get:
Certified fitness professionals will come to your facility and teach your students basic tumbling, dance and fitness exercises. We focus on agility, coordination, flexibility, rhythm and health education. Our team will bring mats and any other equipment necessary for the class. We make it safe and fun.
$12.50-$14.50 per class/per child. You can choose to offer as little as three classes, a semester’s worth or more. If you decide to offer PreSchoolGym for the entire school year, students receive a 5% discount. We provide the sign-up sheets to hand out to parents.
